Rohini and myself are pleased to inform you that we had very successful gala at the SCVCC. Based on the feedback from almost everyone who attended, this was indeed a spectacular event...probably the BEST that they had ever attended. We as an organization exceeded our fundraising goal. We want to take this opportunity to thank you and everyone who was involved with this event. Appreciate your personal leadership, attention to details and proactive attitude with regards to this event. Everyone did a superlative job...the food was fantastic...the new chef has certainly created quite an impression. Bottom line is a true "A+" overall. Please convery our sincere thanks to everyone.
We look forward to having many more events at SCVCC....I am not sure why would anyone go somewhere else...

Dear Susanna,

Thank you for all your hard work to ensure that our retreat was exceptional. From the original request to the end of the day on August 6th everything went smoothly. The food was great. The attentive nature of the servers, the people who set up the room, and anyone else involved was right on the mark. Please give our accolades to the chef for the great food.
In these times of school budget crisis, it was uplifting to be able to take the administrators to a place that showed they were valued employees of our district. The hospitality of SCVCC made that happen.

...Many of our guests commented on how lovely the venue looked.  In fact, one of my friends, who is engaged, mentioned he had been looking for wedding reception venues for quite some time and hadn't found anything nearly as nice as Silver Creek.  You may be hearing from him and his fiancé soon.  Your venue clearly sells itself!

From the moment Carlos and I met you, we knew this was the venue we were going to select for our special day. Went to many other venues and weren’t welcomed like you welcomed us. We saw many beautiful sites from San Francisco to San Jose, our decision in selecting SCVCC was due to your hospitality and how you made us feel important and caring. Oh, you beat me to it Susanna!  I was going to send YOU a thank you note (I mean a real paper thank you note).  The shower was fantastic thanks to you and your staff.  Everything was better than expected – the food was delicious, the presentation beautiful, the table settings, etc. were perfect.  Wait staff were so helpful, they have my sincere thanks for all that they did.   All of the guests commented on how nice everything was and what a great time they had.  Thank you so much for all you did to make my daughter’s Bridal Shower a special day.

I am writing you this letter to Thank you for the outstanding service my husband and I received from you and all your staff at SCVCC.  First of all during such a stressful time, you were an outstanding friend, advisor and all around person with all my questions and concerns. You made my overall experience one of the happiest and unforgettable events in my life. Our  “classy’’ dungeons and dragon’s themed wedding would have never been so well put together without you. Thank you for being so accommodating with our requests and also ensuring my guests were take care of. I will always highly recommend SCVCC for wedding and any other event.

I am so happy to have chosen Silver Creek for Vic's Birthday Celebration. It was a wonderful party in great part to you, a true professional. Thank you for your suggestions to plan with me down to the tiniest detail. You have a good taste and good sense. Your follow through was impeccable and communicated everything to all staff who executed superbly on the day of the event. You were there to insure that everything went smoothly. The chef prepared the food deliciously. The crew set up the room exactly as planned. The waiters were gracious and solicitous. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
