FITNESS

Silver Creek Valley Country Club’s fitness center features a variety of cardio and strength equipment designed for all fitness levels. Work out with strength training tools and resources that give a functional advantage. Our facility includes free motion, life fitness, woodway, precor, and human sport equipment.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Take your fitness to the next level with individual, duo, or small group training. Working with a trainer will provide motivation, accountability, and a focused workout routine.

GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

Our highly qualified group exercise instructors create an environment that can boost results and help attain fitness goals. We offer Pilates on zoom, Boot Camps, Mobility, Yoga, Aqua HIIT, Power Hour, Cardio Kickboxing, Ultimate Strength, and Core focused classes.
